I think people are smart enough to make their own decisions, as long as they have all of the pertinent information in order to take everything into consideration. Hiding, misleading, and not disclosing information isn't going to help you find the right home nor sell the one you have. There are many bad stereotypes of real estate agents and I work very hard to ensure that people realize they don't apply to all agents, especially not me. A life long resident of Lancaster County, I live in W. Hempfield with my wife Lisa and three sons Colin, Cole, and Quinn. I love real estate but, honestly, would much rather be spending time at home with my family. I enjoy working outdoors and spending much of my summers in the yard. I take extreme pride in my work.
